Return policy

1.Return and replacement of goods.
1.1. Return of goods is performed in accordance with Article 6.362 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and the rules of the Retail Trade.
 
1.2. The buyer is obliged to mail returned goods by registered mail or currier. The registered parcel number must be submitted to the Seller no later than within 24 hours after shipping.
1.3. The cost of returning good quality items is paid by the buyer.
1.4. The buyer has the right to return goods within 14 days after the purchase or within 7 days of delivery day, informing the Seller by e-mail and by sending item(s) and / or package photos or videos describing the problem in case of receiving faulty or damaged goods.
1.5. The returned item must be intact, unused, in the same condition as received, without signs of wear/usage, with labels intact, etc. When returning the goods, it is necessary to provide a proof of purchase (a copy of the invoice, receipt).
1.6. Upon returning a quality item, the Buyer is only refunded the amount of money paid for the item. Shipping costs are not refunded to the buyer.
1.7. When returning the defective product, the Seller is obliged to replace such item with the same good quality product. In the absence of the necessary goods, the buyer will be returned all the money (for the item, and the actual shipping costs).
1.8. When the defective product is returned, the Seller must replace the defective product or return the money to the Buyer.

1.9. The Seller has the right not to accept goods returned by the Buyer if the Buyer does not comply with the procedure for the return of goods specified in clauses 1.2.-1.5. of these Rules.
1.0. If the Buyer returns the item purchased at a discount, the amount paid for the item is refunded with a  discount.

2. Final terms.
2.1. These Rules for the return of goods are made in accordance with the laws and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
2.2. These rules are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. All disputes arising from the enforcement of these rules are resolved by negotiation. Failing to reach an agreement, disagreements are resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
